Seller's Terms and Conditions

By selling on PriceMart, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. PriceMart charges a commission of 10% of the price of each item sold on the platform. This commission will be deducted from the total selling price.
2. Sellers will receive their payment immediately after delivering the product to the buyer. The payment will be sent to the seller's provided bank account or payment method.
3. Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their products and ensuring they meet the quality standards set by PriceMart.
4. Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of their products.
5. PriceMart reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate these terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent activities.
6. PriceMart is not responsible for any disputes between sellers and buyers. However, we encourage sellers to resolve issues amicably and provide excellent customer service.
7. PriceMart may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Sellers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Sellers must maintain accurate inventory levels on PriceMart. Failure to do so may result in order cancellations and penalties.
9. Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping their products securely and in a timely manner. PriceMart may provide shipping labels and guidelines to assist sellers in this process.
10. Sellers must provide clear and accurate product images and descriptions. Misleading or deceptive information may result in account suspension or termination.
11. Sellers are prohibited from engaging in price gouging or artificially inflating prices during times of high demand or scarcity.
12. Sellers must adhere to PriceMart's policies regarding prohibited items, restricted categories, and intellectual property rights.
13. PriceMart may use seller-provided data and feedback to improve the platform and enhance the overall selling experience.
14. Sellers may be subject to additional fees or penalties for excessive returns, customer complaints, or other policy violations.
15. PriceMart reserves the right to withhold payment or take legal action against sellers who engage in fraudulent or illegal activities on the platform.
16. Sellers agree to indemnify and hold PriceMart harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of the platform.
17. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between sellers and PriceMart and supersede any previous agreements or arrangements.
